Deerfield Guest House Bed & Breakfast. Accommodations near Deerfield Academy, a few miles from Yankee Candle in South Deerfield. Our B&B Inn is near Amherst and Northampton, Historic Deerfield and the Five Colleges. Explore Old Deerfield, the Butterfly Conservatory or swim in the Deerfield River, while lodging at our lovely Bed and Breakfast.
Our 1840's farmhouse has been extensively renovated so that you enjoy not only our wide pine floorboards and the fireplace in the sitting room, but your own attached private bath in any one of our three air-conditioned guest rooms, as well as a screened back porch. All rooms have queen-sized beds fitted with 100% cotton linens.
Breakfast during the week is a robust continental assortment of homemade baked goodies, fruits and local specialties. On weekends we serve an elegant sit-down full breakfast. We pride ourselves on being a "green" inn and seasonally use our own home grown fruits and vegetables when available. Local and natural products -- fresh locally roasted coffee, local sausage, maple syrup and dairy goods, produce from neighboring farms -- are used whenever possible.
Our rates are usually between $135 and $155 per night per room for up to two persons, $20 for use of a second (twin) bed. Rates at peak times are higher so please call or check reservation link for prices. Breakfast is included. Two-night minimum stay many weekends April through November. Discounts for stays of four or more nights.

The Deerfield Guest House, located between the Connecticut & Deerfield Rivers, is less than two miles from Yankee Candle, Historic Deerfield and Magic Wings Butterfly Conservatory. We are a 10-20 minute drive from the Five Colleges, several fine independent schools and the many attractions of Amherst, Northampton and Greenfield including music, theatre and dining. Conveniently located off I-91, you will find a quiet, peaceful refuge of 22 acres of woods, gardens and open vistas on the western foot of Mount Sugarloaf. Please note that we have a non-allerginic small dog and a barn cat; neither ever goes into the upstairs guest areas

From north, I-91 to exit 25/Deerfield Conway; left off ramp; left at light onto routes 5&10. Follow 5&10 north for about 1.5 miles. Turn right on North Hillside Road, across from "Magic Wings". After 1/3 miles turn left into our driveway at 108 North Hillside Road, at the Hillside Business Center's long, white building.
